Interior view pictures are in order to show how the goods look like inside a house or apartment and, in some cases, a trim for a door/wood frame/casings/door itself, or of its hardware/shelves - for Cabinet Pulls, can be NOT included. The interior design view is shown among the listing’s photos for display purposes only. The actual product may vary from the images.

• The listing photos represent brands and models of the doors, hardware, or furniture listed for sale.

• Discount Hardware Direct LLC sells doors, hardware, and furniture strictly “As Is”. The Buyer acknowledges that purchasing merchandise from Discount Hardware Direct LLC may void a manufacturer’s warranty. Buyer further acknowledges that Discount Hardware Direct LLC sells all merchandise “as is”.

• All door, hardware, and furniture specifications displayed with the listings are provided by Discount Hardware Direct LLC.

• All doors, hardware, furniture are sold subject to our 45-day customer satisfaction Return Policy, please refer to our return policy for more details. The terms of the Return Policy are incorporated into the Terms of Sale.

• Prior to placing the order, the Buyer must ensure that the specifications and size of the doors, hardware, and/or furniture they is purchasing are appropriate for their needs. We do not accept returns based on incorrect doors, hardware, and/or furniture specifications and size chosen by the Buyer.

• The manufacture of the doors/hardware/furniture is specified in each product description. By making a purchase, the buyer agrees to receive the doors/hardware/furniture with the manufacture stated in the listing. We do not accept returns based on the manufacture of the doors, hardware, and furniture.

• Sales tax will be added at checkout to the final prices for orders shipped to FL.

• All orders placed will be shipped from our warehouse, located in Florida.

BY PLACING AN ORDER FOR DOORS, HARDWARE, AND/OR FURNITURE THE PURCHASER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT, IN EXCHANGE FOR DISCOUNT HADWARE DIRECT LLC’S RETURN POLICY, ALL DOORS, HARDWAREm AND/OR FURNITURE ARE SOLD WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OTHER THAN THE STATEMENTS CONTAINED ABOVE, AND ANY SALE RESULTING FROM YOUR ORDER IS AS-IS, WHICH MEANS THERE ARE NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES, WHETHER OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. PUT ANOTHER WAY, THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, WHICH EXTEND BEYOND WHATEVER IS STATED IN THESE TERMS OF SALE.

In purchasing any doors, hardware, or furniture from Discount Hardware Direct LLC you agree that regardless of where you may be located or to where the doors, hardware, or furniture may be shipped.

The statements in this policy are applied only for Item(s) purchased from Discount Hardware Direct LLC and may not be enlarged or altered by anyone.

Any applicable warranty is void in cases of damage caused by abuse or accident during services provided by an individual that is not directly employed by Discount Hardware Direct LLC. Discount Hardware Direct LLC reserves the right to decline any Warranty Claim in such cases.
